Who can live at Chelsea House?

Residents aged 17–30: students, interns, young professionals, and extended-stay guests.

What’s included in the lease?

Furniture, utilities, Wi-Fi, cleaning, concierge service and essentials replenishing — everything you need to live comfortably. Bring your suitcase; we’ll take care of the rest.

How do I pay rent?

Our preferred payment method is credit card payments but we also accept e-transfers.

Is there roommate matching?

Yes. Our matching service connects you with compatible housemates based on lifestyle and personality traits.

What happens if I don’t get along with my roommates?

We understand - compatibility matters. If the match doesn’t work out, our General Manager will work with you to find a better fit or alternative.

Where is Chelsea House located?

We have two buildings located at 1839 Lincoln Avenue and 1224 Sainte-Catherine Street West, in Montréal. Both are within walking distance of McGill University and Concordia University. With nearby metro stations, bus lines, bike-share, and ride-share options, the entire city is easily accessible.
