Formally trained as a CPA, CA, PJ began his career at KPMG, before joining real estate group Gouverneur Hotels as Head of Corporate Development. Since 2015, PJ has become known for establishing and successfully launching popular businesses in undervalued real estate spaces by creating unique experiences for millennials.
His journey has led him to leave his mark on notable Montreal real estate assets such as Faubourg St-Catherine (Kampai Garden) and Place Ville-Marie PVM (Cathcart Food Hall). PJ combines strong financial expertise and unique artistic direction which he applies to real estate repositioning projects, and in the strategic plans and guidance he provides to Agence Fox corporate growth clients.
Stascia has extensive experience in hospitality & operations in high-traffic organizations such as Matrix College where she oversaw 1600 foreign students for all their needs from visa applications, lodging, to studies and travel. She also possessed a deep knowledge of commercial real estate having been the executive assistant and property management for Peter Sergakis. All in all, Stascia brings a lot of operational experience and warmth which makes her an invaluable asset to our team.
Anne Sophie’s business background combined with her operational experience and worldwide travels makes her the ideal Experience Manager. Her boundless energy and resourcefulness have made her successful in the fast-paced live-event industry (Evenko) as well as managing a high-end millennial hostel in Tremblant, Qc. She is currently actively coaching the Community team for our Chelsea House project as well as operationalizing it’s activities in preparation for the August 2021 opening.
Sophia-Rose is currently completing her BComm in Accounting at HEC. She also has a six-week exchange trip to Spain under her belt. This opportunity of a lifetime allowed her to improve her Spanish and taught her the necessary skills to adapt to new environments. Having been a peer tutor for several years, Sophia-Rose is patient and empathetic. You'll be sure to cross paths with her and she's the first point of contact for Chelsea House applicants. You can always count on her to answer your questions and concerns—no matter what they may be! There's no one better to understand students than a student herself, which is why she's the perfect fit for our Community Team.
