Enjoy a bike ride at Montreal's Biggest Bike festival 🚵♀️
For our CFam bike enthusiasts, we have the return of the Go Bike Festival 🥳
Scheduled to run from May 28 to June 4, the week-long festival celebrates Montreal's esteemed position as a top biking city. 🚴♀️ Organized by Vélo Québec,The festival will kick off with the Metropolitan Challenge on May 28, offering cyclists a scenic 145-kilometre journey through the charming Montérégie countryside.
Participants can revel in the beauty of nature while challenging themselves in this picturesque setting. 🗺️ Tickets for all three events are currently available for early bird purchase online, offering enthusiasts the opportunity to secure their participation in this unique celebration of cycling culture. 🎟️

As you may recall the start of the admissions season is upon us, which means that we’re now interviewing all the prospective CH members to join our student house for the upcoming year.
A lot of really interesting members joining like:
- Pri from PERU 🇵🇪 who will be studying Business and Management at UDEM. Her hobbies are horseback riding, Fashion and F1 racing. Definitely looking forward to watching the 2023 Canadian Grand Prix. 🏎️
- Georgia from Montreal 🇨🇦 who will be studying at Concordia. She’s looking forward to meeting amazing people and experiencing Chelsea house.🏠

Hey, gang! This week, spotlight is on one of our beloved members, Ben from Morocco 🇲🇦
Ben is our CFAM DJ 🎧. He loves music, throw parties from time to time and hangout with playful and interesting people 🥳.
His friends and family describe him as curious, outgoing and a free-spirit.

- Coca Cola Audit Representative @ Encore. This Job involves you being the inventory expert. Through your detail-oriented, dependable, independent personality, you will assist in driving sales by reporting on whether the products are on the shelf, priced right and looking great! In order to do this you will complete audits on Coca-Cola brand execution across multiple categories. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the grocery and consumer packaged goods industry. This role is highly flexible and allows for various working hours. MOVE-OUT REMINDERS 🚨
- Mail & Package deliveries
There are a few different ways packages can be sent, depending on the service that the sender is using. There are 2 different type of deliveries you can receive:
Canada Post – this is Canada’s federal mail and parcel service.
Delivery companies (UPS, DHL, Amazon, etc)
Canada Post mail gets delivered by the Canada Post mailman. They have a key to the building and deposit the mail directly into the member's apartment mailbox. Every member should have a copy of their apartment mailbox key. All the mailboxes are located on the ground floor. Canada Post will sometimes leave a delivery slip in the mailbox if your package does not fit in your mailbox. This means that you need to pick up your package directly at the post office (which is located in the Jean Coutu 1675 Saint-Catherine St W.). Don’t forget to bring the slip and a piece of ID with you to collect your package.
- When a package is delivered by a Delivery Company, the delivery person should call you on the intercom so you can go get your package. If you do not answer, they often call administration to be buzzed in. Once in, they should be leaving the package in the Expedibox. However, what we often see is that they just leave them in the front entrance. In this case, our housekeeping team does it’s best to bring it to the Expedibox when they see packages lying around.
