Just for Laughs festival is happening NOW! 💯
🎉🎉 The Just For Laughs festival is in full swing with an impressive lineup of stand-up comics and must-see shows, including Montreal's Kickback comedy show, making history as the first local anglophone show on the Zoofest/OFF-JFL main stage. The event will take place at Le Balcon at 10 p.m. ⏰, followed by a free neon after-party until 3 a.m. 🌟, with Kickback's tradition of giving out free shots and goodies from Medicine Box Oka since 2020. Don't miss out on this unforgettable night of laughter and dancing! 💃🕺

In this section we will be showcasing the events that the Chelsea House family had for the last semester! 💯Events are held at Chelsea weekly and we want to make sure that everyone has the chance to have the full Montreal Student Experience 🤗Thank you for a great year CFAM and here's to more events this Semester! 🥂

As you may recall the start of the admissions season is upon us, which means that we’re now interviewing all the prospective CH members to join our student house for the upcoming year.
A lot of really interesting members joining like:
- Customer Service/ Cashier @ EL PASTAMAN. An opening for customer service/ Cashier position is open at EL PASTAMAN. Salary is $15 to $17 dollars per hour. Tasks include packing orders, refilling the refrigerator and refilling stocks at the kitchen, washing dishes if needed, Inventory work. Being coachable and bilingual is definitely a plus. - Order Picker/ Packer @ Cesium.Cesium a distributor of Smartphone and tablet accessories currently has an opening for the Picker/ Packer clerk position. Main tasks for the role are picking orders using a tablet and a barcode scanner, packing items on boxes, printing packing slips and inventory work. The salary is $16 per hour.. - Sales Representative @ Paradies L.(Hi CFAM! Keeping this Job listing here as its still available!) Paradies Lagardère a retail company is currently looking for part time sales representatives. They offer a signing bonus of $150 dollars for part time employees, free onsite parking, vacation pay and store discounts. What does the job require? Any vacant bedrooms cannot be used by visitors or members and must always remain locked.
Chelsea House reserves the right to assign a new member to a vacant bedroom at any time throughout the year. Should a new member be assigned to your apartment, you are expected to tidy all common areas of your apartment for their arrival.
All members must take responsibility for their laundry and ensure that they collect all of their items once their load is finished. While we provide laundry facilities for your convenience, we cannot be held responsible for any missing items. Pro tip: to help you keep track of your laundry and avoid any mishaps, we recommend setting a timer on your phone. This will avoid someone putting your clothes in the dryer to free up a machine – and whoops your favorite shirt accidentally shrunk.
